Greetings. Been seeing a lot more ppl who have been returning to FFXI or have never played FFXI before who might benefit from our ls, and figured I'd make an official post. I'll keep it short and sweet. FriendsWithBenefits is a social/event LS geared toward helping new players get accustomed to Nasomi and to getting people through content (Zilart, Cop, ToAU etc). We aim to steer people in the right direction and form good habits/teach proper etiquette when it comes to our community (ie: not camping on top of others). I myself played retail from about 2004-2013 (Remora > Leviathan) and we have a good core group of knowledgeable players. For those who do stick around, we eventually aim to branch off into End Game together with the community we have built of people helping each other out. We have a discord channel, and from what I've counted so far ~100+ members or so from all kinds of different time zones (the chat list generally truncates at the letter M during peak hours), so there's generally enough people on to party with regardless of the time of day. Still open to new members? just got back on the game this week. have grinded warrior to 20. but in need of more friends/social experience. kinda lonely at times |
