Hello everyone!
We're nearing one year in the HNM scene, and what better way to celebrate it than opening recruitment? We're looking to add a few more members to our family, especially (but not limited to) people who mostly play during EU morning/evening or early NA times. Needless to say, we will consider everyone who applies, but those with the aforementioned playtime will be prioritized. We also commit to providing you with a reply within 3 days - this is something we've sucked at in the past and we're actively working to improve
About us
We're a pretty laid back LS. Real life always comes first, and we acknowledge that. Once you become an RFK member, you become a part of our family, and we will treat you as such. We expect from people to be adults, to behave as such, and to be upfront about what's bothering them - the most important thing is to talk things out. We don't have super strict rules when it comes to attending events etc, but we do expect everyone to pull their weight.
We mostly focus on ground kings, ToAU kings, Wyrms, and AV. We do one LS-scheduled dynamis a week (mostly Xarc/Tav on the weekend) and we schedule some sea events to make sure AV can happen every other week. Lots of other stuff happens randomly, like someone popping a few gods/Kirins, Rostrum Pumps, city dyna runs, etc. We're pretty active, and there's almost always something to do
Loot!
We use a Loot Council method. Every single piece of big loot is discussed between officers (generally before a fight or during the fight itself, lul), and we base our decision on the input from everyone. We look at attendance, performance, overall gain for the LS, loot history, effort, RL situation, etc. when deciding loot. Of course, we make mistakes sometimes, but our motto as officers is to right our wrongs. If you feel a decision wasn't fair, speak up and we will consider it. We're not shy to admit our mistakes, and we have measures we put in place to make it up to you.
