Post subject:  Stutter/FPS after launch/relaunch
Once in a while after I restart my pc, re login, the game glitches and fps is unplayable.

I've restarted pc multiple times and I've noticed after a launch from ashita launcher when it goes to the full screen load menu. If it flickers back to desktop and back to game it'll get this stutter of like 15fps. If I don't get the flicker at launch the game will be fine. I've made sure no other program was running to not interfere with it launching. No success. I could restart the game ~ 20x to try and get it to just launch properly.

Desktop Specs -
-I7-7700k
-GTX 1080
-32gb ram
-ROG Mobo
-Water cooled

I've been having this issue too the passed few days. I have to restart my PC everytime I log off. Or else it stays at 15fps.

Can't say I've seen this issue to be honest, running a Ryzen 1700X and a 1080. When it stutters, can you open the task manager and see if the GPU usage on your I7s go up, of it the 1080/2080 go up? It Those frames look similar to when my old I7 GPU tried to run the game.
