same issue - just started today. did you find a resolution?
tried: modem reset, clear/unstuck, reset computer, mobile hotspot.
oddly, my mule character can login just fine.

Hello all, It's been about 2 weeks now that I haven't been able to log into the game. I get through to the character selection screen, but after selecting my character the game will go through "downloading data" but instead of loading the zone the game dies and leaves me back at desktop. I'd really appreciate any suggestions you could throw my way. Thank you. |

Did you try clear session / unstuck function on website? |

yes. main alt mule all same account. can only get on the mule. |

fixed with deleting USER folder. also all macros gone, but whatever. |

Can only have 1 character per game account which is why one can log in and other cannot |
