Laptop may have an old registry for nasomi, erm was a guide in here somewhere back when that changed, basically need to launch regedit and make sure your nasomixi has the correct registry path, it's only a little technical. The new client installer corrects it, or is supposed to. If you have the new installer, may want to backup the user directory then remove the old nasomi through add/remove programs, then restart and run regedit, make sure the old registry folder is gone (erm think its like hkmachine/local/somewhere in there) after making sure the old one is gone restart again and do a fresh install, then don't just copy/paste rhe new ashita in, move the zip and extract to the folder, make sure to remove the old ashita shortcut and don't copy/paste the new ashita shortcut, some reason it adds dummy place folders when it's copy/pasted, instead open it and create a shortcut through the profile u choose. Then copy/paste the user directory to refresh ur macros and settings. May be able to skip all the uninstall reinstall and try just making sure it didn't load a dummy copy of ashita from copying/pasting the exe or it's shortcut. I haven't helped anyone with this problem since like last august so I may be a bit rusty, but I think you can get the gemeral idea from this. Good luck guy^^
