Hi everyone, I've always played ffxi via keyboard. I've never tried a controller mainly because it seems like there's just way too many commands/keys/inputs/whatever for the amount of buttons on a controller. I've been interested to try though and I'm wondering if there's more 'mapable' options if I were to use an xbox elite controller. I'm not sure how to go about mapping the controls but I also haven't even looked into it yet. Would I be able to make use of the paddles on the back as well as the standard buttons? It all crossed my mind when I unearthed the controller the other day. Thanks in advance for any info. |
