Hello good day, I tried to install the game on my laptop and when I run the ashita I skip this error and it will not let me finish with the installation. EDIT: I already solved the problem I had not installed Framework 3.5. EDIT 2: But now I have another problem, when I go to log in the ashita shows me this...  Can you tell me what I could do? Thank you. A greeting. |

Having this issue as well. Edit: Problem solved. Just kept trying and eventually got in. |

That happens when the launcher can't find ffxi. Forcing a file check can fix it. When you launch POL and go to check files and change the dropdown to ffxi, what version number does it display? |

So it seems I didn't run the 64 bit even though my pc is 64 bit oops....I'll try this again and will post back later to let you know if it's fixed or not |

There is your issue. There should be a version number. You need to update your client by clicking check files. |

Well to update, there was a version number, followed the last couple steps, tried to boot up ffxi via Ashita and it went back to unknown version.... |

Try doing a windows update after installing the runtimes/framework |
