| Post subject: | Machine Inability to Meet Precision Microcontroller Requirements |
Hello, We are developing a micro-CNC intelligent micro-displacement adjustment platform, relying on a harmonic reducer (https://www.oyostepper.es/category-191-b0-Caja-de-engranajes-arm%C3%B3nica.html) to achieve ultra-low speed micro-feed. During extremely small stroke micro-adjustment, the theoretical pulse-to-displacement ratio is very accurate, but in actual positioning, there are always slight nonlinear deviations, and the fine-tuning accuracy does not meet the process setting requirements. We have already reduced the servo gain, refined the CNC interpolation step size, and strictly controlled the assembly coaxiality error, but the improvement effect is limited. We can clearly feel that the harmonics exhibit prominent nonlinear characteristics of flexible deformation under micro-load and micro-stroke conditions, which cannot meet the requirements of precision microcontrollers. We would like to ask how to implement algorithm compensation and correction? We hope someone can help us. |
