Post subject:  Wanting to play Retail and Nasomi?
When I launch through Ashita and click retail, I can hear the pol noise, but I can't see anything.

So, I installed a pol from the ffxi website and that pol loads.

Then I asked Ashita to run that pol and that works fine, but whenever I try to run the pol.exe from the client down load: Ashita does the pol, in some kind of unfindable reduced windowed mode. Though I can hear the pol music.

What to do? :geek:

Also if I have two pol, will one write to the registry and that's that?

I believe I had the same issue. I could see that when I minimized and maximized the login screen that it wanted to appear off to the right of the desktop.
To cure, you have to "move" the window back onto the desktop. In Windows 10, hover your mouse pointer over the POL icon in the taskbar.
Go up to the miniature/preview of the window that appears above the taskbar icon, and right-click on it. A menu should pop up. Select "move" from the menu, and a crosshair should appear at the edge of the screen. Use the keyboard arrow keys to move the window back onto your desktop. I had an error message, so this alone wont cure the problem, but at least you can see what the problem is!
I believe mine said something about "the encryption key cannot be found".

You can't play retail and nasomi at the same time.
