I believe that SwitchMon is crashing my Ashita instances sometimes while using it to alt-tab. Switchmon is being run as admin, UAC is disabled. Playing with a gamepad, switchmon is too useful to be without as having to alt-tab using keyboard is kinda cumbersome. Also tried running compatibility mode with Win 7, still experienced the crashing issues. Is there anything else I can try? |

I get this occasionally, what I've noticed is that when i have a control stick tilted when i hit the button i have mapped to Switch Mon, it crashes one of the two windows (like if you're holding the left stick forward, then hit your switch Mon button before letting the movement stick go all the way). I haven't had a crash in quite a while since i started getting neurotic about making sure i'm not touching anything else before hitting the switchmon button, but I can't guarantee that's going to fix your issue. |

Still having this issue it seems, and what Vavaud suggested has lowered the crashes but not eliminated them completely. I've just tried reinstalling Windows 10 but it does not seem to have alleviated the problem. Is anybody able to offer me a solution, please? |

Sorry to double-post, however I've done some further testing and it's not FfxiSwitchMon that is crashing one of my windows, as I managed to crash it just via alt-tabbing too. |

Opening another full screen application or just turning my monitor off and back on crashes the game / ashita 100% of the time. |

I fixed it on my end by uninstalling DS4windows and its drivers, then using a program called SCPToolkit instead. This is assuming you're using a DS3 or DS4 controller, of course. I've dualboxed for MANY hours since then and haven't had a SwitchMon related freeze/crash since changing controller programs. |
