Hi, all. I'm following this guide to play on Mac: http://nasomi.com/wiki/index.php?title= ... using_WINE I did everything and now I'm up to step 3: Quote: Either create a backup of your existing imm32.dll.so in your /usr/lib/wine/ folder (or wherever WINE DLLs are stored on a MAC), placing the new imm32.dll.so in its place, or use the DLL override ability in WINE and specify this DLL. I downloaded the .dll.so file, but when I boot Wine, I don't see how to override the current file. Anyone know what to do? |

Literally overwrite the file in the /usr/lib/wine/ folder named imm32.dll.so. |

Blame your fellow mac users for not being specific enough about the exact file location. It's in some wine folder somewhere. Why not search for the file you have on your pc and just go to that location? |

Yeah, I can't find anything... terminal isn't showing any existing imm32.dll.so and "winefile" doesn't work in wine for me? So confused. I'm just uninstalled everything and I'm going to try reinstalling. Maybe I did something wrong. Is there a video walkthrough anywhere? |

Got it to work! Just needed a fresh install! Amazing!! Playing all day at work now baby! |

For the record: I also did not have to replace the dll.so file. I'm using Wine Stable, and am happy as can be. |

I am also having issues with wine. I have followed the steps as described and replaced the imm32 file in my wine folder; however, I am getting nothing when i attempt to launch or configure the game. Any advice? Thank you. |
