So ever since my dad downloaded the game 3 days ago, we have been unable to be online at the same time. I assumed it was because I hadn't updated to the newest version of nasomi's launcher, but even after doing that, all it accomplished was the same issue my dad's PC was having: unable to log in the same time as his computer is logged in. I have done all the unstuck function bs on both my forum account, done the same for his account, him trying to log on after I do with nasomi's new launcher, me trying to log in after he's logged in, none of it works: we both get stuck at downloading data black screen after selecting a character on the main screen and eventually get FFXI-3001 error, no response from the FFXI server. Any solutions?
