You can't without some hacks and recompiling some stuff since the bundled version does not work. There is a way of getting v3 working so you can load the addons but we're not allowed to use v3 here, so you're pretty much SOL. If WINE ever comes far enough, it might be possible or if Nasomi changes it, but you know, that's how it goes. Since using any sort of launcher that is not the one bundled is not allowed, you can't even recompile things to get it working.
You can get the native TP Display at least which helps by doing:

If you want to dualbox, you'll run into issues as well since you're not using Ashita. You can follow my guide here(
