Wardrobe. I like to play a bunch of different classes and switch up based on what's needed, so I like to have gear sets for different roles which don't really work when I have to put all of my gear into the Mogsafe or Mogcase.

Mog Wardrobe

Style lock is cool, since it stops your character from blinking and also allows you to customize your appearance, but mog wardrobe is hands down the most useful quality-of-life addition besides equipsets, in my opinion. If you play mutliple jobs(as most people do in FFXI, which is a game where the idea is that you play a character rather than a job class) it gets really annoying and time consuming to manually swap out all of your equipment into and out of your various mog compartments. Thanks to equipset I made one that unequips all, which makes things a little bit faster, but being able to equip directly from a mog wardrobe is a huge time saver and adds so much more enjoyment to the game.
