After getting chased around Gustaberg by the quadav, killed by linking mobs, remembering that "even match" is not quite "even matched". I'm in love! I missed this. Did some grinding and a bit of farming, now im on my way to the dunes. Wish me luck!

It literally was an addiction, but it was also my highschool years so I had alot of stuff on my plate. So sadly ffxi took a back seat towards the end.

I was on my ps2, with included 5lb paper weight. (ps2 hardrive) So I was literally playing the game blind. Having to ask EVERYONE for pertinent information if I wanted to learn something. Never even touched crafting then, because everyone I asked was so guarded with their "secrets". Lmao.

Still remember being lost in the buburimu peninsula at level 22.. Lost. With no map. No subjob. No idea where I was or where I was going. Some stranger rode up on his chocobo, saw me suffering and gave me my first LS. Still brings a tear to the eye.
