Hi! Brand new player, just finished installing and played a tiny bit. Game's very intimidating but I'm willing to learn and will take whatever tips/help I can get. I'm starting off solo with a Mithra warrior. |

Thanks! I do have a couple of questions: Is there a good way to go about gearing up when just starting? And when leveling up should I worry about finding a job trainer? |

Check out this guide, it does a decent job of giving some info for new players: https://ffxi.allakhazam.com/wiki/ffxi_beginners'_guide Ignore the parts about Lufaise MEadows/Tavnazia OP. Anything involving Chains of Promathia (CoP) can wait til way later if you would like. Not important til 65-75. The only Lure of the Wildcat on Nasomi is Jeuno's. Salvage, Einherjar, Assault are currently not available on Nasomi.
