Hey guys! I'm Nepaethe. New to the server, but not to the game. Just found out that they have private FFXI servers, so here I am! I might be level one atm, but I have a wealth of knowledge from playing back in the day. Always looking for a good group to roll with, and I'm pretty sure my girlfriend is gonna play too now that I am! Two for the price of one :p I'm Nepaethe in game. Send me a /tell! |

Some things to know right away: -Exp rings don't work at all -Lvl sync works but is capped at a 20 lvl difference -BLM can sleep all undead mobs -elementals have no specific resistance -bcnm and ksnm are currently disabled. There are Wyvern 'NM' in the open world that cap you to bcnm fights. They aggro by sight so be careful -TOAU works kind of but all the mobs are lvl 99 -the actual mp cost of spells are higher then what is listed in the spell menu -Monomi ichi does not work -Tier II enspells do not work but people will sell you them (NPCS) -There is a chocobo circuit that connects the three starter cities. You must be lvl 10 and have 500 gil to enter. It also acts as a bazaar oasis. |

This is because SE changed the mp cost later on in the game, where as Nasomi did not.-Monomi ichi does not work (Alchemists must love this when selling Silent Oils) I'd pay a million gil for this spell. -bcnm and ksnm are currently disabled. There are Wyvern 'NM' in the open world that cap you to bcnm fights. They aggro by sight so be careful (No me gusta) Due to some exploits the bcnm's were temporarily disabled. There are alternate mobs placed throughout the world that have the same loot tables though, so gear is still obtainable. It's just different enough to be not the same game, but the same enough that it's the familiar world you left behind. |

I already found out that the mailbox doesn't work. As in, you can't send stuff to other characters. Which blows. |
