Post subject:  Returning player looking for friends
Hi guys

I'm a returning player who played briefly in 2006. I've missed it so much but when i tried to return before it seemed like it was too late.

I play FFXIV as well, and love it, but thought i'd check out Nasomi because I really miss the group effort play style of FFXI

I'm a little concerned that because im in the UK, it might be hard to find enough people to party with?

Would you guys recommend I play as a tank or healer to be more useful to parties?

I'd love to find a friendly linkshell that's happy to help a new low level player like me get back into this beautiful world

I'd really appreciate any help

Hi, and welcome.

There is a dynamic level sync system that will help you find groups during EU times. You can read more about it here: http://nasomi.com/wiki/index.php?title= ... Level_Sync

The EU players specifically were asking for a feature to help them out after level sync was taken from unlimited to only a max of 20 levels earlier this year. The dynamic system seems to have worked, I don't hear any complaints from the EU guys anymore.
