Welcome! Check out the BST section, specifically the BST Gear Guide if you forgot where to get stuff. Also some things are not get able here so also good idea to look at it. Additionally feedback is always great!

Welcome! I've had a blast with bst here. It's one of my favorite jobs, even though I die a seemingly alarming amount.

So yeah thanks. Just read over the ROE and would it be a problem if I am on VPN most of the time?

It's extremely unlikely you'd experience problems other than occasional disconnects. When I'm on vpn i occasionally lose connection for really no reason, but my VPN drops on occasion.
