Hello
Sorry my english writting can be better.

I have trouble installing. I have Direct downloaded NasomiXI installer.
When I launch the install as admin, new window pops up. I put in C as first command.

Microsoft Vbscript fail, require object: `objShell.NameSpace(....)ยด
What is that?

but it continues to install, its fails to enable my Legacy Comp.... It makes a a shortcut on my desktop Nasomi Config and launcher.

When I try to open the launcher, window pops up and close strait away.

I have gone to my settings, and try to enable Direct Play, then it says I have to restart the pc. When I get back on, Direct Play is till not enable.

any suggestions would help me.

Thank you

It sounds like you're running into several issues, all different.

The directplay one - try installing any pending windows updates.

The Vbscript error I've only seen on pirated windows.

The launcher not launching ashita happens if the game isn't actually installed...

Go here: http://nasomi.com/wiki/index.php?title= ... stallation and do the manual installation. It's for people who have issues running the installer.

Hey

I have sorted out the Direct Play issue so far. Did reinstall windows, updated windows, updated all my drivers.

My windows is not pirated for sure.

This is the folder is can`t find. This is taken out from my DISM log think its called.
Warning DISM DISM Provider Store: PID=6192 TID=5216 Failed to load the provider: C:\Users\ANDR~1\AppData\Local\Temp\BBCF98BA-9B7F-448C-8051-02153BAAF520\EmbeddedProvider.dll. - CDISMProviderStore::Internal_GetProvider(hr:0x8007007e)

Also find this: C:\Windows may not point to a valid Windows folder

I have found this: C:\Users\ANDR~1\AppData\Local\Temp\
But the rest of it, I can`t find.

When u run Install as admin, Window pops up, u put in C, then is should install everything (another window pops up for a litle bit of time right?) it not doing that for me.

The only issue now is that folder thing.
Im not a good pc tec person.
Manuell install says:
3. Open the ..\NasomiXI.v18\Install.bat file as a text file.
4. Run a find+replace on the Install.bat file to replace all instances of %drive% with C.
5. Delete all lines in the file other than the ones started with regsvr32. Save the file somewhere, as a .bat, and run it after the file transfer is done. A cmd window should open for a short time and then close.

I search for %drive% and replace with? %C% or just C?
Delete all lines in the file other than the regsvr32, This I dont understand how or what to do.

Thank you for your help

Just C.

There are lines of text in the file that start with 'regsvr32'.

Delete the lines that aren't those.

hey

I think I have find the issues.
Then my questions is: In the script, what are Install looking/trying to find/install here?
What is _.vbs?

set vbs="%temp%\_.vbs"
if exist %vbs% del /f /q %vbs%
>%vbs% echo Set fso = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
>>%vbs% echo set objShell = CreateObject("Shell.Application")
>>%vbs% echo set FilesInZip=objShell.NameSpace("%~dp0data\NasomiXI.zip").items
>>%vbs% echo set dest=objShell.NameSpace("%drive%:\")
>>%vbs% echo dest.CopyHere(objShell.NameSpace("%~dp0data\NasomiXI.zip").items)
>>%vbs% echo Set fso = Nothing
>>%vbs% echo Set objShell = Nothing
cscript //nologo %vbs%
if exist %vbs% del /f /q %vbs%

C:\Users\ANDR~1\AppData\Local\Temp\_.vbs
Microsoft VBScript run-time fails, require object: objShell.NameSpace(....)

This is the only object that I have issue with now.

Since I can change %drive% to just C. Can I set %vbs% to something also? if so what?

Thank you

Just follow the manual installation instructions like I said if you can't run the installer normally.

Stop trying to do anything else!
