Character Name: Sahzi Played FFXI? yep...too much... Came from: Garuda, then they shut us down and we got eaten by Lackshmi. Years Played: I started day 1 of US launch on PC. Quit when I got every single job at 99 from abyssea....bo-ring... How you found us? nostalgia I suppose? and google... Other MMO's? there are other MMOs? Anything else? earned a Mandau when it was still a feat, earned a Thiefs Knife when others said it was impossible, leveled 5 jobs (SMN THF BST BLM BRD) to 75 when we still 6-partied in sky, ran with some of the best HNM players ever, repeatedly out-pulled bots at the 3 kings, learned enough japanese that some people thought I was jp, and I think I made more friends than enemies. A life of FFXI taught me one thing: it's the challenge of something that makes it worthwhile, not the something itself. |
