Hi! Just joined this server. Hoping to keep at it for a while! I stopped with XI a little after Abbysea broke it. Character Name: Wulfmir Played FFXI? It was essentially my childhood. Came from: Asura Years Played: idk. At least 5. Probably closer to 10. How you found us? Roommate started, and I heard the music. The rest is history. Other MMO's? I play XIV a lot on the Jenova server. (Taking a break from it now). Anything else? I’ll probably be found with my roommate or solo BST mode. MasTaru race! |

I do have some questions! I can't seem to find a anything about it yet, but does everything work the same? I read something about EXP rings only working during events. What about NMs and their timers? Do they spawn at the same rate as retail, and is there any kind of tracker of when the last kill was made? And for that matter, are monster drops the same, or are there differences? |

Quite a few things are different; too many to list in a single forum post. The source code for these first expansions wasn't something preserved or attained by private server developers so a lot of things have to be coded from scratch. I'd recommend browsing the wiki (WikiNas at the top of the site) and finding a new player linkshell to ask more specific questions in. |
