I'd pay 40mil for a genie weskit, and that's 1 ele skill 1 mab. |

to be fair, it's 1/60 if you did all the synths on darksday/new moon. So 300k * 60 = 18M. |

I've heard you can get 2.5% hq with the proper day/moon, but has the base t0 hq been actually confirmed as 1.5%? I don't think you can check darkstar for that? But ya I did forget day/moon. I may be missing something but based on below. 100 + 2 (gear) + 3 (advanced support) + 1 (full moon) + 1 (lightsday) + 0.5 (direction) puts you at +10.5 +10.5 actually puts you in the tier crack, so your at 0%. Darksday, new moon is your best bet it think, which is 1% + .66% = 1.66% or 1/60. |
