The ones in circulation come from Eastern Shadow and an OWNM. I don't think the corresponding BCNM is up and running since it's a 60 seal, but if it is, it probably drops the R/EX Vali's Bow.
Vali's Bow not on Nas unfortunately. That was my next question - I did not see the BCNM60 in Nas's list so OWNM it is.
Ironically, I want the EBow to be ready for a Lv. 60 OWNM LS to help out and make gil in the process (tired of farming). Looks like I'll ask the LS for the EBow and use my fancy Lv. 50 Warbow +1
