On a related note, I don't even think the level 20 versions of garrison are working anymore. Every time I tried the event in the last few months it doesn't work. In fact all it does instead is disconnect everyone in the zone from the server.

Military harp comes from Garrison lvl 30, which isn't available on this server. They don't exist currently. |
