The hide price has been relatively consistent for as far back as I can see. The throttle on hide availability is temporary. The attempt to 4x or 5x the price seems a bit much to me based on these factors. Ultimately the market will settle where it settles and that will be that. In the meantime I will try to get an NQ for a price that I am comfortable with. If not then I’ll just have to use another back piece. Hopefully Nas rolls out updated ZNM’s sooner rather than later. |

I think the people who were selling them that cheap completely missed the part where there will now only be one hide coming into the server every 2-3+ days. The fact that you're now having issues finding one for a price you find reasonable all but confirms it's new value. |

PW was dropping so many hides for so long, that it may take awhile for the change in hide supply to change the price significantly. |

We saw the same thing happen with PCC; hitting a low of 80k and then rocketing up to one million not even a month after Argus was fixed and the 40 PCC+ on AH removed. |
