Are you providing the mats? Because they need darksteel ingots and those are 11k to make 13k on ah themselves, and if I'd have to make the ingots themselves that cuts the profit/synth in half to ~1k which isn't even worth my time, not to mention double the breaks then. tl;dr unless your providing the mats on top of the 16k each it's not worth anyone's time.

Buying stacks of mats off AH, I calculated it at 13750 per Partisan at most. that’s 2250 profit per synth. If that’s not enough to cover risk of breaks, what is?

Stacks:
DS Ingot 145-150k
lumber 2k
thread 10-12k
earth crystal less than 1k

if I provide the mats, I could pay some kind of per-synth fee.

Finally, there may be someone skilling up who will find this a better alternative to whatever they were going to do. I haven’t yet looked at woodworking to know what other options there are at this level.

Also, 16K per synth profit on something you don’t have to sell on the auction house is absurd. That’s not dissimilar from finding a synth that you can NPC for 16 K profit. Doesn’t exist.

I think Cilarnen was just using the 16k per synth because you referenced that as your price per item in your initial offer, but they're not wrong.

For an item that requires over 110 levels of total crafting, I think offering at least 10k per synth after mats would make it a reasonable offer.

It takes a lot time and Gil to get into 50+ with crafts, especially with subs. I assume you understand this since you're probably already doing goldsmithing, which is a massive gil sink to level.

first 60 levels are relatively easy. I personally can’t justify 10 K per synth on a bulk order or anything in that ballpark. On a single big Money synth at high crafting levels, thats a diff story

My calcs didn't include that darksteel ingot stacks are cheaper than 12 singles, so it makes it like you said 2.25k which isn't bad. If I get on later I could help you do these.

10k per synth would be ludicrous, but certainly appreciated.

Yeah in retrospect for 60 synths that'd equal 600k which is way too much, 4k would be pricepoint.

Cost per synth is hard to determine just based on level because you don't know what happens to the item after it leaves your possession and new crafting skill ups have made everything more expensive.

I generally just tell people to tip whatever they want, unless I'm making something that would resell for good value. Items to be used for skilling isn't that usually. I get the sentiment though, that it needs to be worth the time.
