Is this active on Nasomi?

I've tried talking to Zaldon (I think that's the big guy's name) in Selbina to activate the quest. Each time, he directs me to the young boy in the next room.

I knooow this is old AF but im having the same problem with the big guy. I have all these quests completed. What else do I need to flag "Inside the Belly"

I know it's Zeldon the galka, not the little guy Gabwalied. Thats just where I stopped to take the screenie.

Edit:
I completed The Sand Charm, The Gift and The Real Gift quests the previous day 11pm EST.
I dont have any PLD AF quest open. I dont even have PLD unlocked.

this quest works fine for me never had any issues for anyone i talked to. Have you tried just trading fish anyway?

He doesn't give any dialogue about trading more fish. Ill try forcing him some fish later today.
