to anyone whos spent the literal 10's of millions of gil and likely 100+ hours required to be able to do what youre asking, you offer 100k, which my associate is explaining, is basically for free.

if you want it that bad just buy the HQ outright, to offer a 100k tip for such a specialized synth most people, myself included, would find insulting.

i think this argument would make more sense if this item was actively made. I'm guessing he'd like to buy the item off the AH, if that was an option.

source: me, someone else that wanted a flora cotehardie and found it impossible to find, and eventually found someone to do a similar deal to this.. though I paid 200k I think
