It's been a long time since I've played retail (>7 years) and I'm just now getting into the upper levels of my first craft (cooking). I want to start unlocking the guild key items/equip/etc. and I've noticed that they seem to request HQ items all the time and I don't remember that being the case on retail. Is that something that has been changed on Nasomi? If so, what were your strategies for getting the guild items? I don't want to wait until I'm cooking 100 before I start unlocking stuff if possible

Typically, the nq version will be accepted as well for a few less points but thats not 100% of the time. Def start getting gp asap

Oh, ok. I knew it worked the other way where you could supply a HQ in place of a NQ for more points but wasn't aware that it was possible to do the reverse. I'll give it a shot because a lot of the convenient synths for leveling are starting to require those key items.
