Very simple question, and I am having a difficult time finding the answer with search (I assume this has probably been asked before). What are the level spreads & HQ tiers for crafting? ie. Tier 1 = x% chance of HQ when y levels above synth cap, etc. Thanks. |

11/31/51 1/16, 1/4, 1/2 Search would've answered this. There was a thread here after the changes about it. |
