I feel like I saw someone mention mining in a ToAU zone the other day. Maybe Halvung? Does anyone have experience with this? Seems like it would be incredibly difficult to do given the level of mobs in those areas and amount of true aggro mobs, but I don't have much reason to go out to those areas so maybe I'm wrong.

Yughott is like 60% lizard molt from my experience. At least in Gusgen I was getting pebble/tin/copper as trash instead, but those grotto lizards are molting like crazy apparently.

I have drop rate data on the maze and yughott, only ~50 items collected total but it's something at least.

Shakrahmi
11/36 (30%) Bone Chip
8/36 (22%) Bat Fang
5/36 (14%) Silica
4/36 (11%) Giant Femur
3/36 (8%) Scorpion Claw
2/36 (6%) Scorpion Shell
2/36 (6%) Little Worm
1/36 (3%) Petrified Log
0/36 (0%) Elemental Ore

EDIT: I went back and ran Yughott some more. There's really just tons of lizard molt in here though.

Yughott
66/123 (54%) Lizard Molt
18/123 (15%) Pebble
10/123 (8%) Flint Stone
9/123 (7%) Zinc Ore
8/123 (7%) Silver Ore
6/123 (5%) Colored Rock
4/123 (3%) Tin Ore
1/123 (1%) Gold Ore
1/123 (1%) Darksteel Ore

Hello, 2 questions as I want to be on the safe side:

Quote:
"Players may not HELM in the same zone on two characters. However, since much of HELM involves sitting in one spot, it's perfect for a second character while your first farms, crafts, etc."
Unquote

1) Can I mine with my ALT in Ifrits Cauldron why I harvest/log in Ghelsba on my main or is it only one HELM at a time?

2) I HELM on my ALT (6 people cover spots) but then decide to switch to my main due to Wide Scan (lack of people). ALT and MAIN are not in the same HELM zone. Is that OK??

Thank you.

1) A big fat NO, Scott!

2) Double NO.

You don't want your other character engaging in HELMFFFFFFFF activities or in the same zone as the one doing them.

1) OK - ty

2) Where is the issue??? Not being in the same zone - NP. But why am I not allowed to trade over mine gear in the city and decide whether I HELM with my main or alt??

Your wording was weird in the first posting. If you will only be actively HELMing on one character, and the other character is logged out/doing something else, I would be surprised this is an issue.

No, he's talking about using his other character to widescan for gathering points.

That's a noooo no.

Jeez, let me try again then.

I respect the NOT in the same zone rule. Therefore my ALT and my MAIN will not be in the same HELM zone.
Whether I want to HELM on my main or on my alt is my descision.
For example, today I only HELM with my alt and meanwhile XP with my main.
Tomorrow I HELM with my MAIN while I am logged out with my ALT.

Thank you for your support and for clarifying.
