I've been trying to flag the quest Bait and Switch to get the key ring belt but have been unable to get the cut scene from Salim. I have fame 6 in Bastok. ref: https://ffxiclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/Bait_and_Switch |

I also tried getting Bait and Switch but I guess it's not in the game. Sucks because I ran all the way from the dunes lol. |
