Use haste (Walahra Turban) for head when casting drain/aspir/stun to lower your recast timer.

Go INT for MACC the slight bonus you’ll get from the turban isn’t worth risking being resisted

Or if you have it use Nashira Turban (haste + macc)

Ever since the macc nerf a while back, you're pretty much forced to nuke in full skill gear on anything that matters, unless you have a cor, even then maybe, if you're not just using smn.
