true fact is that not many exp party invite blm for some reasons.

- down time when resting mp
- alot party rather have tp burn party
- Mind set of people

leveling a blm even with friends and outside a static team is really bad.

I dont understand most of the people on this post. The general consensus is that BLM gets bad in exp parties. That is a fact. That is also the reason that square made it possible to be innovative and explore alternate options of exping. Ie. Pet camps. It was not super fast. It was not cheating or extorting some glitch. It was hard, and you died often, but it could be done. The game wasnt designed so that everyone was forced to exp party, or play with others... It was designed so you could do what you wanted. Why was that punished? Was nerfing magic damage not enough... why nerf blms ability to gain exp also. It accomplished nothing but punishing people who enjoyed that style of gameplay and limiting peoples options on how to play the game.

Was this a serious reply? I read your other post a few days ago, thought about it, and couldn't think of anyplace that you wouldn't die / would have enough mobs to AoE like that.

I'm going to start working on BLM as my next job (read your other stuff, thanks) and was curious. I wanted to grind it hard over break.

And yes 3-4k an hour is easily doable as /BST I was being hyperbolic and know it won't solve everything, but you won't be stuck in the 60s for months with /BST

I've seen BLM streamers do it several times (it just takes enough BLMs). Here is the quick rundown: 1. Party comp: 5x BLM, 1x THF (or any safe puller). 2. Each BLM should, at the very least, have SS and Blink up for the wave of mobs, or be /NIN and use just Shadows. 3. THF pulls as many mobs as possible. Maybe ~6 for safety. 4. On arriving to camp, 4 BLMs hit with a big AoE. The 5th BLM times an Ele seal Sleepga to sleep the mobs before they actually start killing people after the nukes hit. 5. 4 BLMs, including the one who did the sleep, then time another big AoE. A 5th BLM (can't be the same as the first sleeper) now Ele seal Sleepga's again 6. Repeat step 5 until mobs dead. 7. Make sure you have a -few- sleepgas and MP and repeat from step 2. Tip: Try to target the highest HP mob when AoEing, sleep or otherwise, to make sure that your spell isn't interrupted by casting on a dead mob. Tip: Have one person be the timer callout for nukes (do it the way Dynamis groups do it! Tell them which in-game minute to cast on). Tip: Make sure everyone is aware of who is Sleeping the mobs. Come up with a rotation. Call out your Ele seal timers. Tip: You can skip the in-party puller if they don't mind not getting EXP and the mobs are aggressive. Kinda like a PL, they'd pull the mobs from outside the party without claiming them though. Grab an extra BLM in this case.

Using a PL to round up lizards at the Amemet camp is a pretty good spot. (They just claim one, and link the rest)
