Slow on the response, but for Asuran, Acc and Att. You're pretty much on the right track. +5 attack is pretty much the best thing you'll find obtainable for the foot slot (besides Rasetsu Sune-Ate +1 at +6 attack.
Keep in mind that Nasomi isn't retail, and while I'm certain that you can't get a 9th hit on asuran via double-attack, I have never seen data to know if double-attack can make up for a missed hit.
If you choose to equip something else in the earring slot, I would go for acc or attack. Diabolos/Minuet Earring(under Minuet) for acc, otherwise Merman's/Coral/Spike. Asuran seems to be more or less like retail where the STR mod is minimal.
Footwork doesn't exist, so I didn't bother to get dune boots. It may still affect Dragon Kick, being Nasomi, but I don't know. Anything I fight on my MNK is something relatively weak anyway, so Asuran is my go-to WS. If you find out that Dune Boots do something for Dragon Kick, let me know

Earrings and feet could be upgraded, but need either more inventory or to re-prioritize what I carry.
L.Ear doesn't get macro'd, so I change up manually when I realize day/night has changed. If I end up with consistent aggro (some meripo or farming), I usually just full-time the fenrir's to avoid the -5 evasion.
