Do they work?
And why do people only ever sell them once in a blue moon at sub vendor price?
I haven't been able to snatch a pair for several months now.

While I appreciate your candor, that didn't answer either question.
On paper, it looks to be one of the better non-ex items in the range.

I couldn't say weather the latent works or not, assuming it does since ME does. Currently unobtainable, Like the Wind enm used to work so you see some on the market but hasn't dropped loot in well over a year now
