This is still a problem and it is incredibly frustrating, I've noticed it happens when triple attack proc's on a weapon skill, also it seems to only happen in zones at random. If you only use one dagger the issue goes away... >_>

even with sneak attack from behind the mob whenever I uses assassin's charge + SA + WS does anyone else have this problem? |
