Anyone else not able to trade a pickaxe to the ??? In la thiene? Completed all steps up to that point but it hangs up there. Any help would be appreciated.

I just completed this quest about a week or two ago and had the same issue. Turns out, I missed going back to Mhaura and trading in the Chandalier Coal and then going back to Nanaa Mihgo in Windy. You've likely missed one of those two pieces.

Traded the Chandalier Coal, talked to Nanaa Mihgo and didn't get a cs, just some random dialogue that doesn't fit the quest. Tried talking to her multiple times. Tried going back through Garliage to pop the bomb again but nothing happens when I check the ???s.

For clarity, since you didn't specify, you traded the Chandelier Coal to Haigan in Mhaura causing it to disappear from your inventory & you got the appropriate dialog as a result? Do you still have the key item Bomb Incense? I would assume not if this part was completed successfully. When you talk to Nanaa Mihgo to trigger the Ordelle's Caves part, are you doing it on THF?
