I don't see me getting anything much better any time soon. What do you consider the better piece for RDM? |

Depends on debuffing MND enfeblings if your skills is high enough (merits + other pieces) you can add this +MND to do slow/paralyze stronger (more procs / more % slow), if you getting high resist go warlocks, if not go Errant. For sleeps you always want to land for example, so go warlocks. |

One is free from artifact quest, other is crafted and fairly cheap, just get both. As others said, errant for potency on debuffs (para/slow) or resting mp and warlock's for magic accuracy (grav/sleep/bind/etc...) |
