I can't give you the reasons why or why not, but I can tell you I have Sword maxed at 250 and do not see Seraph Blade in the WS list. Sry man ;-)

According to 2006, rdm does not get seraph blade. Server tries to be in 2005-2006 so you will not have this WS as rdm

Skit's link shows you can get it if you sub WAR, DRK or PLD.
