I'm at 9/10 for this group and I've decided I want one of these two options. One more level in Dia III would bring it from 30 seconds to 60 seconds, which is a pretty big deal. On the other hand Slow II is probably the best debuff that RDM gets and I might get more bang for my buck that way. I'm torn. What are your thoughts? |

you cap slow II at 5/5 and then discuss what to do with the others. |

But then you dont get Paralyze II, which is supposed to be pretty significantly better than Paralyze 1. Also can't get Dia III for the DPS races. |
