Hey guys i'm rounding 70 just wanted to ask any career rdms things they might've stumbled across months after playing and being like enlightened by their findings. If you could share below maybe get a little collection for all to improve. Cheers |

I'll start with one, i always had a problem keeping equipment sets on during spellcasts until i learned that if you have <stnpc/pc> half way in your macro set it stalls the macro until you choose to resume it |

When I "idle" between casting, my macros default me to a damage reduction set (both physical and magic, whatever makes the most sense). Depending on the gear you have, this might include terra's staff, umbra cape, d. ring, dalm, AF2 gloves, etc. RDMs move in and out of damage range a lot on HNMs like Tiamat, JoL, etc. You never know when you're going to take a few hundred points of damage and this has saved me more than once. |
