| Post subject: | RDM AF Helm Quest |
Has anyone done the quest for RDM AF helm recently? I killed Miser Murphy in Fei'Yin and traded the coin he drops for a cutscene. I then killed the Guardian Statue in Garlaige and traded the nail for a cutscene. The guide on ffxiclopedia says enter N. Sandy via S. Sandy for final cutscene but I can't get it to trigger. I tried entering from Port, MH but still nothing. I went through the history back to 2005 on ffxiclopedia and I didn't see anything about waiting a certain amount of time. Any ideas? |

I did mine back in March and don't recall any major hangups. Are you certain you don't have the nail puller on you still? I would first try going back to the nail puller spot and interacting with the CS ??? because every once in a blue moon on Nasomi, you'll find you have to double tap on a ??? for a mission or cutscene. Nasomiland Rule #2: Double Tap. If you attempt that and nothing happens or changes when returning to Sandy, then send Nasomi a PM on IRC with all of the details about where you're stuck in the quest. Leave the chat window open for him to respond to you. If you don't hear back in a day, send him another message. |
