Post subject:  Charm and Feral Howl test
My aim is to test how CHR affects Charm rate, and if Chatoyant affect Charm too.

Setting: 500x Charm every time on 2 Ameretat in Wajaom Woodlands
(choosing lv99 mobs because this took long time, I wanna make sure the target is always the same lvl, in case someone killed it and respawned)

Sorry I dunno how if its possible to post them in table format

CHR 79+73
Success=201, fail=299
Success rate = 40.2%
Max consecutive success = 8
Max consecutive fail = 10

CHR 79+65 *with Chantoyant
Success=192, fail=308
Success rate = 38.4%
Max consecutive success = 6
Max consecutive fail = 11

CHR 79+65 *without Chat
Success=176, fail=324
Success rate = 35.2%
Max consecutive success = 5
Max consecutive fail = 13

CHR 79+45
Success=152, fail=348
Success rate = 30.4%
Max consecutive success = 4
Max consecutive fail = 16

So Chatoyant definitely does not give a flat 15% success rate here.
However that extra 3% above may due to experimental error, or it works like, success rate w/o Chat x1.15.

Also tested Feral Howl success rate on the same mob, got 51 success out of total 187 times, success rate = 27.3%
I think its safe to say the default rate is 25%

Did Chat give 15% flat success rate, or +15% success rate to your current success rate in retail?

For a +15% chance:
.352 * (1+ ((1-.352)*.15)) = .3862 (compare to .384 actual)

For a flat 15% chance:
.352 + ((1-.352) * .15) = .4492 (compare to .384 actual)

I'm not sure how it's supposed to work, but it's giving a +15% success rate at equal CHR here.
