 Post subject: Axe SKill Bugged?

Is there a known bug with the Axe skill on beastmaster? level 17,18 and 19 so far im capped way lower than usual. my sword is even higher. at 19 my axe is capped at 48. it should be closer to 55-57.

Re-equip it. This happens with all weapon skills sometimes for some reason (they show blue/capped too early).
