Bards, better than Corsairs, or Bester than everybody?

Post subject:  Bards, better than Corsairs, or Bester than everybody?
The cap is 75, and we don't have a ton of OP crap from retail 99 (Which, if we were ever to make 99 available in the next years, would we even allow the balance atrocities of retail to even be able to avoid bardic superiority?)

So the question stands. Is Bard better than Corsairs, or simply bester than everybody?

In a perfect world, you'd have both.

If we're talking a relic BRD, BRD all the way. If we're talking any other situation, it depends on the setup. COR brings the extra DD potential a BRD doesn't have along with the possibility to out buff BRD's major songs but also runs the risk of their buffs being lackluster and even nonexistent at times. COR suffers greatly from not having some of their abilities functioning properly and also not having their AF. If they had those things, the gap would widen a bit more in COR's favor.

That also depends. If we're speaking about standard EXP parties, who cares.

Beyond that though, Marches offer higher DPS than anything a COR offers.

This question isn't easy to answer, TC. For standard EXP parties though, if you had to choose one for whatever reason, I'd go with bard, though I may be bias.

Bard offers inferior DPS buffs at this stage as Marches don't get used, but do they offer exceptional buffs, with a lot better crowd control and pulling capabilities than a Corsair.

That being said, COR is a fantastic job for pretty much any given situation, really. You won't go wrong with either job, at any point in the game.
