Outside of non-peak hours, when has this ever occurred? I start a party almost every day and the first thing I do is /sea all brd xx-xx to try and find one with which to begin building my party. I've had a lot of BRDless parties lately... Though this may explain why there have been so few.

I keep thinking I'll level my own BRD so I'm never in a party without one but then I never do cause I never see the value in it outside of xp parties being more than another job I'm actively pursuing at any given moment.

Same.. came back to the game for Bard ... Pup and DNC ... lol.

DNC isn't in.
Pup is all sorts of broken right now.
And bard quest can't start.

Appears to be broken, I cannot get the cutscene in Buburimu. at the song runes.
