Can confirm, buburimu trade was successful as was remainder of quest. BRD is leveling now.

This is exactly what is happening to me right now. Can't even get the quest started.

Please be aware that the first pre-req BRD quest is a HIDDEN QUEST. It DOES NOT appear in your quest menu. That's a retail thing.

can't get mertaire to say anything - i'm lvl 75 so there's no level gate... the mithra says something about talking to the bard by the table... that's it
