In era retail it was 1 merit got you a 20 min cooldown with -2:30 for each additional merit. I dont remember the cool down on here ever being more than 10 minutes, but it's been a very long time since I had less than 5/5. If that's the case, then putting 5/5 in it is still not necessary, but desirable at least. |

I can confirm 1/5 Troubadour has a 10 minute recast time right now. Doesn't mean it won't be changed though. |

Even if you could land Elegy on Kirin it would be pretty pointless since he will just be spamming WS most of the time... |
